Location permission helps us show your local weather. You can choose a city instead. The app also uses Google services for usage analytics, advertising, notifications and app configuration. These services may process technical information and identifiers, as explained below.
About this policy
Weather Fine is provided by Timix App Studio (Taner Parçalı, Türkiye). You do not need to create an account to check the weather. We do not ask you for your name, phone number or email address to use the app, and we do not access your contacts, photos or personal messages.
If you contact us by email, we receive the address and information you choose to send so that we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Location and forecasts
With your permission, Weather Fine uses your device’s location to request and display weather for your area. The location may be approximate or precise, depending on the permission you grant. We use this location access for weather features, not to build a profile of your movements.
To retrieve a forecast, the requested coordinates or city are sent to our weather data provider, World Weather Online. Network requests also expose technical information such as your IP address to the receiving service. Location information therefore does not stay exclusively on your device.
You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings and search for a city manually. Saved cities, preferences and cached forecasts may be stored on your device to make the app work smoothly. See World Weather Online’s privacy policy for information about that provider.
App services and advertising
Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. Depending on the platform, permissions and configuration, it can process app interactions, session information, app-instance or device identifiers, app version, operating system, device information and approximate location. Approximate location can be derived from network information and is separate from the location permission used for your forecast.
Google AdMob
The app displays ads using Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, advertising or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud and maintain the service. Ad personalisation depends on your choices, region and platform permissions. Non-personalised ads may still involve processing technical information.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers app notifications. It processes registration tokens and Firebase installation identifiers to route messages to an app installation. You can control notification permission through your device settings.
Firebase Remote Config
Remote Config lets us update app configuration, such as feature and advertising settings, without requiring a new app download. It can process installation identifiers and technical app information to deliver the relevant configuration.

Your choices and rights
- Location: allow, limit or turn off location access in iOS or Android settings. You can still look up a city by name.
- Notifications: enable or disable notifications for Weather Fine in your device settings.
- Advertising: use the privacy and consent options shown in the app where applicable, and your device’s advertising or tracking controls. Availability varies by platform and region.
- Local information: remove saved cities in the app. Device settings or uninstalling the app can remove local app data; this does not automatically delete information already processed by service providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. We will explain what information we can identify and act on; because the app does not use accounts, we may need limited additional information to locate relevant records. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Storage and security
Saved preferences and cached weather can remain on your device until removed or replaced. Analytics, advertising, configuration and messaging data are retained according to the applicable service settings and provider policies; retention differs by service and type of information. Contact us if you need details or help with a deletion request.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including encrypted network connections to our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Weather Fine is a general-audience weather app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This website
This website does not request your location or run Firebase Analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and app screenshots are served with the site. Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. Links to app stores and other websites are subject to those services’ privacy policies.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for significant changes.
